Business plan is $149/month (250 floor previews, Brand Studio, individual team logins, and one shared monthly preview allowance). Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts.
You will see a warning as you approach your limit. Solo users get 60 floor previews/month, Business users get 250. You can grab a job pack to keep going — previews from packs never expire. Your monthly limit resets at the start of each billing cycle.
The Proposals page shows which follow-ups are due, overdue, waiting, or need your attention. Open the proposal to review it and decide what to do next. Viewing the list does not send a message to your customer.
No. ShowFloor keeps the visual, proposal activity, customer acceptance, and follow-up work organized around the flooring sale. Keep running scheduling, accounting, production, and the rest of your business in the tools you already use.
Technical
JPG, PNG, and HEIC (iPhone photos). We recommend good lighting for best results.
Floor previews run asynchronously and usually complete quickly. ShowFloor shows job status while the render is processing, and the system is tuned for photorealistic quality rather than a stopwatch promise.
Yes! ShowFloor works on any device. Take a photo on your iPhone or Android, upload directly, and get your visualization.
We use access controls and encrypted network transport to protect photos and project information. Service providers process information as needed to deliver ShowFloor. We do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
