No. Business is the self-serve product and includes the approved-domain embed, installation code, and standard lead capture. If you want ShowFloor to prepare your approved catalog, coordinate staging and installation, configure an agreed lead destination, run launch QA, monitor the rollout, or provide support through an agreed period, we scope that as a managed deployment. Custom CRM, branded-email, analytics, security, or other customer-specific engineering is quoted separately.

Customer-generated previews use their own monthly allowance and do not draw from your team's separate in-app preview allowance (60 on Solo, 250 on Business). Solo includes 20 customer previews per month. Business includes 100. Each generated option uses one customer preview, so a Business submission with two selected finishes uses two. Daily safeguards protect availability; if the public allowance is temporarily reached, the lead can still be captured for contractor follow-up.

Inside the contractor app, each new AI-generated floor transformation counts as one preview. Re-downloading an existing result does not. Customer-generated showroom and website previews use the separate public allowance described above.

You will see a warning as you approach your limit. Solo users get 60 floor previews/month, Business users get 250. If you hit your limit, you can grab a job pack to keep going. Previews from packs never expire.
