Most “contractor website” companies and regional marketing agencies turn a simple site into a long contract, a bundled monthly package, and a website you may not control cleanly if you leave. That’s the opposite of what a starter site should feel like.
We’re different on purpose. Your $49/month is month-to-month — cancel any month, no penalty, no proration. You hold your own domain in your own registrar account (Namecheap, GoDaddy, wherever — we recommend Namecheap if you’re starting from scratch). And if you ever leave, we hand you a clean export of your finished site files plus your original photos and copy. Another developer can pick it up and host it anywhere. The site is yours.

One modest flooring job typically covers it. If your site converts a prospect who would’ve otherwise gone to one of the three other quotes they’re getting, the math is done. That’s it — that’s the whole pitch.
