Connect ShowFloor to what you already run.

Proposal activity and website visualizer leads can reach your own CRM, job software, or accounting system — not just your ShowFloor inbox.

Proposal activity

When a proposal is sent, viewed, or accepted, ShowFloor can notify the systems below. You choose which connections are on and which events go to each one.

HubSpot
Proposal notes and deal stage.
Sent, viewed, and accepted.
Jobber
Proposal activity on the matching client or job.
Sent, viewed, and accepted.
Pipeline CRM
Proposal updates on the matching deal.
Sent, viewed, and accepted.
QuickBooks
A draft invoice your team reviews before it goes anywhere.
Accepted only.
Your own webhook
A signed HTTPS request to any URL you control.
Sent, viewed, and accepted.

Website visualizer leads

Every request from your embedded visualizer lands in your ShowFloor inbox and triggers an email alert. Connect a webhook and the homeowner's contact details, chosen products, and room photo also reach your own system, usually within about a minute, followed by the finished preview once it renders. Turn it off anytime in your webhook settings.

Build your own connection

The webhook is a standard HTTPS POST with a JSON body — no proprietary format. Every request is signed with an HMAC-SHA256 signature you can verify, and failed deliveries retry automatically.

If you use Zapier or Make, point the webhook at a “Catch Hook” or “Custom webhook” trigger URL from one of those tools, and route proposal or lead events into whatever else they connect to.

What this doesn't do

ShowFloor doesn't replace your CRM or accounting system, and it doesn't pull data back in from them. These are one-way notifications: proposal activity and visualizer leads going out, so your team isn't re-typing what already happened in ShowFloor.

Works with the plan you have

Proposal connections to HubSpot, Jobber, Pipeline CRM, QuickBooks, and webhooks are available on every plan. Website visualizer leads need Business, which includes the visualizer. Have a system not listed here? Tell us what you use.
