Connect ShowFloor to Jobber
When a proposal is sent, viewed, or accepted in ShowFloor, a note lands on the Jobber client, quote, job, or request you link. Your team can see where each proposal stands without leaving Jobber.
What you need
- A ShowFloor account. The connection works on every plan.
- A Jobber account you can sign in to.
Set it up

Open Settings > Integrations in ShowFloor
Find Jobber in the list and press Set up.

Press Connect Jobber and sign in
Approve access on Jobber's screen. You come back to ShowFloor already connected. ShowFloor never asks you to paste a token.

Link a customer
Under Find and link a Jobber record, enter the customer email and press Find in Jobber. Pick the client, quote, job, or request the updates belong on, then save the link.

Choose your updates
Switch on Jobber updates and pick which proposal events become notes: sent, viewed, or accepted. Only activity from that point on is added. Older proposals are not sent.
Starting from Jobber instead?
Press Connect on the ShowFloor listing in Jobber. You land on Settings > Integrations in ShowFloor. Sign in or start a free account, and the same secure connection starts by itself.
What ShowFloor can see and do in Jobber
Reads
- Clients, found by the customer email you enter
- That client's quotes, jobs, and requests, so you can pick the right one
- Your Jobber account name and ID, to show which account is connected
Writes
- A note on the record you linked, with the proposal status, name, and link, the customer name and email, and your company name
Never
- Delete anything in Jobber
- Change a price or job details
- Message your customer from Jobber
Your sign-in is stored encrypted and used only to deliver the updates you turn on. See the privacy policy for details.
Common questions
An update says it was skipped
ShowFloor only writes to a record you linked. Link the customer under Find and link a Jobber record, and the next update for them goes through.
ShowFloor shows Reconnect Jobber
Jobber's sign-in ended, or ShowFloor was removed inside Jobber. Press Reconnect Jobber. Your links and settings are still there.
How do I disconnect?
In ShowFloor, open Settings > Integrations > Jobber and press Disconnect Jobber. That deletes your Jobber sign-in and saved links from ShowFloor. You can also remove ShowFloor from inside Jobber, which deletes the sign-in right away and keeps your links in case you reconnect. Notes already added stay in Jobber.
